10.30am - 12.00pm Tuesday Morning Meditation Group is a warm and supportive space for personal growth, psychic development, and healing. Open to all levels, it offers a welcoming environment to explore your inner potential and connect with like-minded souls. Each session begins with a guided meditation, followed by intuitive activities such as oracle cards and psychometry to encourage insight and self-discovery. On the second Tuesday of each month, we enjoy a special meditation with sound healing using chimes for deep peace and renewal. Afterwards, members stay to connect and share, with a monthly lunch together adding to the sense of community and friendship.
10.30am - 12.00pm Wednesday Morning Meditation Group offers a peaceful, supportive space to find balance and deepen your spiritual connection. Open to all levels, each session invites you to relax, reflect, and grow within a welcoming community. We begin with a guided meditation exploring themes such as inner peace, self-awareness, higher connection, and universal love. Following the meditation, there is an informal group discussion to share reflections and insights in a respectful and inclusive setting. More than a weekly gathering, this group is a sanctuary for spiritual growth, connection, and meaningful conversation. All are warmly welcome.
7.30pm - 9.00pm Friday Evening Meditation Group is a welcoming and inclusive space to nurture spiritual growth and share healing energy. Open to all levels, it offers a supportive environment to connect, explore, and unwind at the end of the week. Each session begins with an opening prayer and spiritual reading, followed by a guided meditation designed to bring relaxation and insight. We then move into a spiritual development activity such as psychometry, oracle cards, or practicing intuitive messages in a safe and encouraging space. We close with a healing experience - often a meditation with chimes, harp, or Reiki - leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready for the week ahead.
