Meditation is not a technique but a way of life.  The word meditation is derived from two Latin words: meditari (to think, to dwell upon, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal).  Its Sanskrit derivation ‘medha’ means wisdom.

Meditation is popular with all types of people published scientific and medical evidence has proved its benefits mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The benefits are numerous and include: 

  • Improvement in general health
  • Improvement in concentration
  • Deeper level of relaxation
  • Development of psychic abilities.

Our groups are facilitated by highly experienced people who can assist you on your journey of learning and understanding to the best of their abilities in a caring and compassionate manner.

Cost for all circles is $5.00 per person, payable on arrival. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to settle in and relax, ready to begin meditation on time.
